Overview

At NeticSkin Care, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully before submitting a return request.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We do not accept returns on products that are damaged by misuse or returned after the 30-day window.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at neticskincaresa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to approve your request
  3. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label
  4. Pack your item securely and drop it off at your nearest courier point
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at neticskincaresa@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement at no additional cost — no need to return the original product.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products returned after 30 days
  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance promotion
  • Gift cards
