Overview

At Netic Skin Care, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed
  • Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details once it has been dispatched

Standard Delivery 7–12 business days FREE
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours
  • A signature may be required upon delivery
  • If no one is available to receive the order, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions for collection or redelivery

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to selected international destinations
  • International delivery times are estimated at 7-15 business days depending on the destination country
  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
  • Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order directly on the courier's website. If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at neticskincaresa@gmail.com.


Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Netic Skin Care is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realise you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at neticskincaresa@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Netic Skin Care is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly. We will do our best to assist in resolving the matter.


Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at neticskincaresa@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Shipping Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Netic Skin Care is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or postal service disruptions
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Customs processing for international orders
  • Circumstances beyond our control
